Ben Dexter, as the principal consultant, has worked with professional services firms in the IT space since 1999. Gaining experience in POS, CRM and Accounting systems, he started his career in database implementations for small-to-medium Australian businesses. Between 2001 and 2004, Ben worked for a well-known CRM systems specialist implementing databases (Maximizer & SalesLogix) for their corporate clients. Using best practice methods for deploying these systems was an integral part of every project resulting in many successful implementations. During this time, Dexter travelled around Australia and to the US gaining knowledge in cutting edge CRM, web and sales force automation (SFA) technologies. In 2005, Dexter made the break to start his own consultancy firm as an independent business systems specialist. Identifying a need to help SMB’s cost effectively generate leads via their websites and then manage the resulting marketing and sales processes, he initially focused on combining website content management systems (CMS) and CRM systems to handle these often complex tasks. With a loyal and growing customer base, he has continued to provide many businesses with expert advice whilst broadening his range of services and his network of business partners. Dexter now has a comprehensive network of skilled IT professionals, visual designers, marketing experts and reliable computer hardware suppliers. Using his years of project management experience, Dexter has been at the helm of many successful projects.
